Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Medonco Events Pvt. Ltd., we commit significant time, creative energy, and financial resources into planning your event from the moment you engage us. Because event planning involves third-party bookings and customized assets, our refund policy is governed by the following terms:

Consultation Fees

All fees paid for initial consultations, site visits, or brainstorming sessions are 100% non-refundable. These fees cover the professional time and expertise provided by our consultants.

Service & Management Fees

Refunds on our service fees are calculated based on the "Stage of Service" at the time a formal cancellation notice is received via official email:

  • Initial Stage: If cancellation occurs immediately after signing but before active vendor booking, a partial refund of the advance may be considered (less administrative costs).

  • Active Stage: Once vendors have been engaged and schedules finalized, service fees become non-refundable as the work for the event has already been performed.

  • Execution Stage: No refunds will be issued if the cancellation occurs within 15 days of the event date.

Vendor and Facility Payments

Medonco Events acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party vendors (Hotels, Caterers, Decorators, etc.).

  • Pass-Through Policy: Since vendors require 100% advance payments to secure dates, these funds are transferred directly to them.

  • Non-Refundability: Payments made to vendors are non-refundable unless the specific vendor’s policy allows for a refund. Medonco Events is not responsible for a vendor’s refusal to refund.

Customized Products & Purchases

Any items purchased specifically for your event are handled as follows:

  • Customized Goods: Items involving printing, branding, bespoke tailoring, or custom construction (e.g., trophies with names, branded backdrops, custom-made souvenirs) are 100% non-refundable once production has started.

  • Standard Goods: Refundability for non-customized goods depends entirely on the return policy of the supplier/merchant.
