Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Medonco Events Pvt. Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Medonco Events Pvt. Ltd. ("the Company") and the Client. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. Detailed project-specific terms will be provided in a separate Service Agreement.

Booking and Consultation

  • Consultation Fees: Any fees paid for initial consultations or discovery sessions are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether a full service agreement is signed.

  • Service Agreement: For every project, a formal agreement will be created detailing the Scope of Service, Budget Estimate, and Payment Schedule.

Payment Terms

  • Initial Advance: A minimum of 50% of the total estimated service fee is required on the day of signing the agreement to initiate planning.

  • Full Advance Option: If the Client requires maximum flexibility for cancellation during the execution and planning phase, the Company may require 100% advance payment.

  • Vendor Payments: All payments due to external vendors (venues, catering, decor, etc.) must be paid 100% in full as per the vendor’s timeline or the Company’s request.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once services have commenced, refunds are subject to the "Stage of Service":

  • Service Fees: Cancellation is possible; however, the refund amount (if any) depends on the stage of planning and the man-hours already invested by Medonco Events.

  • Vendor & Facility Fees: Payments made to vendors or for facility bookings are generally non-refundable, depending on the vendor’s own terms and the timing of the cancellation.

  • Purchases & Customization: Any items already purchased for the event are non-refundable. Customized products (e.g., branded merchandise, bespoke decor, printed materials) cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Liability and Damages

  • Service Providers: Medonco Events acts as a facilitator. We are not responsible for delays, service failures, or physical damages caused by third-party vendors or service-providing companies. Liability for such instances rests solely with the respective vendor.

  • Personal Loss: Medonco Events is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings or valuables of the Client or their guests during the event.

  • Best Effort Support: While we are not legally liable for vendor failures or personal loss, the Company commits to providing our best support to help resolve and handle such situations on-site.

Legal Compliance and Conduct

  • Illegal Activities: Medonco Events is not liable if the Client, their guests, or any associated person carries out illegal activities during the event. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without a refund if illegal acts are discovered.

  • Official Communication: Only documents shared via official email or validated through e-document signers (e.g., DocuSign, Zoho Sign) will be considered legally valid and applicable.

Dispute Resolution

The specific details regarding jurisdiction and detailed dispute protocols will be provided in the individual Service Agreement signed by both parties.

Acceptance

By proceeding with the payment or signing the Service Agreement, the Client acknowledges they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
